TOS
By agreeing to my terms, you promise that your commission, references, etc. all follow my will/won't draw guidelines. If they don't, I have the right to reject your commission order and give you a refund. If you continue to commission me without following the guidelines, I will blacklist you from commissioning me again. This also applies to cancelling orders and getting refunds multiple times in a short time frame.I allow up to three corrections and will give three days at the halfway point after contacting you to tell me if anything needs correcting. If you do not respond in those three days, I will continue with the piece and finish it. Please try to get all corrections in one message. I will ignore any further corrections after the third one if you're asking for me to add an earring, fix a line, etc. through one lined messages.By commissioning me, you agree to not claim that you made the art and will not use it for profit unless you were given strict permission by me. If you do claim that you made the art, you will be immediately blacklisted and have your theft posted on the front page and my socials for others to see. You cannot use any of my commissions to make NFTs, it falls under not using them for profit. You also cannot use my commission for training AI models. If I find out that you do, you will be blacklisted.I allow a full refund in the first week, after that you'll only be given a half refund. After getting a confirmation at the halfway point, refunds are not allowed. If you are using forms of payment outside of money I cannot ensure being able to refund you if needed. If this is the case, I will offer to discuss an alternative way to refund you or offer compensation through a discount or free small commission.
Do not repeatedly commission me only to cancel it right after or right before the halfway point. If you do this twice within a small time frame I'll refund you and blacklist you from commissioning me again due to suspicions of you being a troll.
Privacy Policy
The only information I get when you commission me is the username you choose to go by and an email if you enter one. I do not share anything with anyone nor sell any of your personal details. I will not post your commissions to my gallery or socials without your consent.
I will draw:
Up to 4 characters in one commission.Characters with simple animal feature, like ears and a tail or hooves and horns.Simple or stylized robotic parts/characters.Blood n GutsIRL People and other's OCs are fine as long as you provide proof of consent either through a statement or if they say it's fine on a profile somewhere.
I won't draw:
Sexual material and detailed nudity
Proship/Problematic or Controversial material
Anything from an AI Generated reference
Portfolio
Writing
I decided to edit the original Ticci Toby creepypasta after finding it horribly difficult to read due to numerous typos and general writing errors. I also ended up rewriting some parts entirely due to them not making much sense.
Rewriting the full thing took me about a full day.
